Hello, I am Dalton Shetler. I am a sportscaster who has found what I love to do, fusing the art and high-energy of storytelling with sports! This passion has led me to wonderful memories during my career. From being on the call for unforgettable upsets to going to the Final Four, I have cherished the moments and the people throughout the journey. I am the Director of Broadcasting for the Michigan State Spartans. In addition, I am the voice for Michigan State Women's Basketball, while being the host for MSU Football and having served as the host for MSU Men's Basketball. I have served as a public address announcer for several Spartan sports. Weekly I host the Robyn Fralick Show for MSU Women's Basketball and the MSU Football Coaches Show, while filling-in for the Tom Izzo Show. Also, each week I host and produce The Sports Life on SiriusXM and the state-wide network. As you may be able to interpret, I have a passion for broadcasting and meet it with a rigorous work ethic. You can get to know my high-energy approach and love for the craft and game more by checking out my highlight reels and resume below. I hope you enjoy, and I hope to meet you as well!

My Work
I had the privelage of filling-in for
Michigan State Football Play-By-Play during the 2025 season. On September 6, 2025, the Spartans defeated
Boston College in double overtime, 42-40. Here were our calls in the booth of the scoring plays and the eventual winner in East Lansing!
More from
Michigan State Football's creative team, collaborating our radio calls of the Spartan win over Boston College with their video work.
I had filled-in for Michigan State Men's Basketball Play-By-Play when the Spartans hosted Alcorn State in a non-conference game. Here was the creative team's work with my radio highlights.
Next to this is my video of the 2025-26 Michigan State Women's Basketball Season Highlights with myself on the call. This was a personal way to wrap up one of my favorite seasons I have ever experienced in sports, with photos and videos of many of the great memories. Enjoy!
